Is the hotel really adults only?+
Yes. The minimum age for check-in is 18. Children are not accommodated as the hotel is located inside the casino building.
What are the check-in and check-out times?+
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Check-out is from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A valid passport or identity card is required at check-in; driver licenses are not accepted.
Is breakfast included?+
A generous continental breakfast buffet is served every morning with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. Depending on the rate you book, breakfast may be included or added on site.
Is parking free?+
Yes. Free private parking is available directly on site without reservation, including accessible spaces.
Is there a restaurant on site?+
Two restaurants operate inside the hotel: the American-inspired Purple Lounge and the gastronomic Les Roses, in addition to a bar, a coffee house and 24-hour room service.
Is there a spa or swimming pool?+
There is no swimming pool at the hotel. The Mondorf Domaine Thermal spa is only a few minutes away by car. Selected Deluxe Double Rooms feature a private sauna.
Are pets allowed?+
Pets are not allowed.
